Friendly and informed staff at the front desk

Elevator brake down. No hurry to fix While we dragging our suit cases from 3rd floor. We did not even told sorry. Heating unit was very very noisy could not have a good night sleep.

The room( including the bathroom) was clean and tidy. We especially liked the clean fresh towels changed daily! The breakfast was good. We have stayed at that hotel before and always enjoyed the stay.

At our arrival we were greeted with a hello and a question about how long our stay would be and needing I.D., no smile, small talk etc it was not a warm greeting at all. The Manager rushed out of the back room, said Hello as well but again the greeting lacked warmth(not much of a greeting actually). However the young lady at the office that helped us when we left was very pleasant and had a warm, kind smile. If we could suggest that perhaps the floor in the eating area is not swept while people are eating their food, that would be great. thanks

I got bed bugs and a rash it was terrible I will never go there again

We travelled here for a wedding and were able to check in early! Was pleasantly surprised to see they had a drink bar in the lobby so we could take a beer to our room. The only problem we encountered was the loss of power. They were very pleasant and had glow sticks available for us to see to our room. it was not the the fault of the hotel that the power went out, so can't really complain. MIke at the front desk was Super friendly!

Family Friendly Getaway!

They made everything easy! The staff were great, letting us check in early so we had one less thing to worry about on that hectic day of the wedding!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

Convenient location

The room said non-smoking and smelled horrible. I asked them to clean it twice and the cigarette smell stayed. My daughters had asthma issues all weekend. I asked for money back and they said they couldn't help me.

Good and easy location for my purposes.

I really loved that this hotel is just a short walk away from Fantasyland & Mini Golf, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the nature trails nearby without needing to drive around too much. The hotel staff were super friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel stay.

Seekonk was a good location for me as I was attending a local wedding, however, its not that convenient for any big tourist areas.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially since we were close to Brown University for a campus tour! The kids had a blast swimming in the pool while we relaxed. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered plenty of options for everyone.

My kids wished there were more snack options at night, as the cookies were all gone by the time we got to them.
